Consider upgrading to Solo (Assist), where a dedicated law firm will fully represent you in court and work towards a settlement. The cost is 10% of the debt upfront and 9% once it's settled. It is the same cost at what was mentioned in Solo, but some of it will be required upfront. The firm will contact the opposing side on your behalf, too, to make sure things are moving.
